2016 President's Club: C&F Sales Rally

When you achieve a certain number of sales with C&F you reach something that we call "The President's Club", in my case I made a little under $21 million in sales in 2016. The average home price in Richmond is $197,000, using some basic math that means that we financed around 100 loans. I don't pride myself in the actual number of dollars but in my ability to help that people into homes where they can build a life for themselves. A home is most people's biggest purchase and in many cases their biggest achievements and I pride myself in making that process simple and easy for them. I didn't reach this achievement by being good at sales but instead by being good with people. I have to say that I have had a wonderful support system here at C&F and I know that I have an amazing team that has helped me get here. I intend to help even more people in 2017 at C&F, I know it's going to be a great one!
